Red Light Yoga Sculpt

This 45 minute class is a slow-burn, strength-focused yoga class designed to sculpt, tone, and energize the body while supporting cellular recovery. This mindful flow blends controlled yoga movements incorporating 1–4 lb hand weights and/or a small yoga ball, creating gentle resistance that deepens muscle engagement without strain. Practiced inside a red light therapy room in warmer temperatures @ Parlour Bellus, this class pairs intentional movement with therapeutic light exposure to support circulation, muscle recovery, and overall vitality. Expect steady, rhythmic sequences, vinyasa's, intentional breath, and focused holds that challenge your balance and leave you feeling strong, grounded, and refreshed. This class is ideal for those with some yoga experience, intermediate level — whether you’re looking to build lean strength, enhance definition, or move with purpose in a calm, elevated space.
