
A slower paced style of flow class without all of the Vinyasa's. The class focuses on learning the basics relating to yoga postures and breathing techniques while also working on alignment, stability and flexibility. Beginner level.

A flow style class using Vinyasa's to create and maintain heat within a sequence of postures as they move from one pose to the next. This class focuses on endurance and flexibility while moving at a steady pace. Intermediate level.

A very slow paced, meditative style of class using props, spending several minutes in each posture. This class focuses on applying a gentle amount of tension and stress to the connective tissues such as ligaments, tendons, joints, fascia, etc. Yin Yoga can be described as a practice of patience. All levels.

More of a "workout" style flow class with the addition of small hand held weights, yoga/pilates ball, resistance bands, pilates and/or booty barre inspired moves for creating long, lean muscles. This class moves at a steady pace and focuses on strength, co-ordination and flexibility. Intermediate level.

Yoga Nidra - A guided meditation while lying comfortably with a blanket, eye pillow, props, warm fuzzy socks, etc. This class focuses on tapping into the state of mind between wakefulness and sleep. It is said that 30 minutes of this Yogic sleep state is equivalent to 2 hours of deep REM sleep. All levels.
