Red Light Gentle Hatha Flow

This 45 minute class is a slow, grounding style of yoga designed to help you move with intention and ease. It is a beginner-friendly class that focuses on learning the foundations of yoga postures and breathing, without fast transitions or continuous vinyasa flows. Practiced in a red light therapy room in warmer temperatures @ Parlour Bellus, this class supports the body while you move. The steady pace allows time to explore proper alignment, build stability, and gently improve flexibility—making it ideal for those new to yoga, returning to movement, or seeking a calmer practice. Red light therapy enhances the experience by supporting circulation and muscle comfort, helping the body feel more at ease as you hold poses and focus on breath. This class supports: Learning yoga basics in a relaxed, supportive setting, improved posture, balance, and flexibility. Breath awareness and nervous system regulation, gentle strength without strain. Enjoy a cool, scented cloth infused with essential oils as you finish class in Savasana under the red lights. Slow. Supportive. Restorative.
